Swelling on the floor of mouth
I have developed this tiny movable painless lump from the last 14 days. It is completely painless and no other symptoms are there. I feel as if it shrinks early in the morning and starts increasing as the day progresses. The current image is of the end of the day. I am very much worried about it.
