Why do I have multiple bumps at the floor of the mouth? Is it something I should be concerned about?

Those appear to be normal.
Sometimes the salivary duct openings are enlarged and look like that.. Please drink adequate water and Gargle with warm water after each meal.. Do not worry about these

These can be due to multiple causes like mouth injury, viral infection ,certain food or vitamin deficiency but these are usually harmless and resolve on its own
