Swelling on retro molar some times it's getting pain also but not regularly also food waste are hanging there.

There is inflammation in the gums around the wisdom tooth. This is called as pericoronitis. Medications, mouthwashes, and cleaning by the dentist are all temporary solutions to this problem. The best option would be to get the tooth removed for permanent relief of symptoms from that area. Because it is next to impossible to clean the pockets in that area the symptoms will always be recurrent. Regards.
