Swelling on male genital for 3rd day.

I have a query related to male genital. I had intercourse with gf using condom on Tuesday night. Since we met after long, there was constant rubbing happening on penis to innerwear before& after actual intercourse. My penis didn't get in contact with her genital area without condom. After intercourse, there was normal swelling on penis head but since it happened last time as well, I ignored. Next day noon, I observed that swelling isn't gone and thought it would take couple of days. Observed that there small ballon below head of penis, which is prohibiting my foreskin move forward to actual position. After browsing on internet I found that this is normal for 2-3days.Also, there can be chance of some infection due aggressive rubbing. I even applied ice cubes yesterday to see if swelling reduces. Today is 3rd day and I don't see any reduction swelling, there is slight increase in ballon size. It isn't paining or itching but uncomfortable while walking. Please suggest remedy without visit
