Swelling of feet after sitting
In afternoon, after sitting at my work desk for 2 to 3 hrs, my feet get swollen. There is no pain but i feel difficulty in wearing my regular footwear. It is again well by night or next morning. It is since last 2 days.
Also earlier i was having mild pain at the right side of chest below armpit extending inwards. It was more 5 days back but now lessened. But now the swelling of feet is there for last couple of days.
Wat can be the reasons and wat should i do for this. My bp is 110/70.
