It has been observed that as per my office i had to sit long time in chair and due to this observed that my ankle get swell. I have to sit maximum time in chair in the office and last evening i observed my ankle get swelled . What is the reason behind swelling of my ankle. What is remedy. What medicine should i take.is it serious.plz reply i m very tensed plz reply
