Ankle swelling due to long sitting
Sir, It has been observed that as per my office i had to sit long time in chair and due to this observed that my ankle get swell. I have to sit maximum time in chair in the office and last evening i observed my ankle get swelled . What is the reason behind swelling of my ankle. What is remedy. What medicine should i take.is it serious.plz reply i m very tensed plz reply

Sedentary lifestyle causes accumulation of fluids in dependent parts of the body, like road travel for long hours.
Next Steps
Start walking. Do physical exercise like walking 30 - 40 minutes daily and at work walk every 5 minutes in 60-90 minutes. Raise the foot end of the bed and sleep alternatively put pillows under your legs while sleeping
