  4. Swelling in upper eyelid. Please advise.

Swelling in upper eyelid
Hi, I have a swelling in one eye on the upper eyelid. It is there since yesterday. There is no redness in the eyes, no water discharge and no itching. There is a slight pain on the swollen area if i touch it. I have shared a few pictures to show the difference. Please advise. Regards, Faizan

Some times it is difficult with photos to judge . It can be mild infection of a gland of your eyelid , but it is always better a doctor to be checked . In the mean time try to do some hot fomentation and get a painkiller.  That will releive your symptoms for time being .
