Swelling in two feets
Its regarding my uncle. He got arthritis for last few years and now he is 81. For past 1 week his two feet are get swelled and he is suffering from excessive pain, cant even walk freely.

From the description of your uncle's condition, he may be having deep vein thrombosis. This is due to blood clot formation in the legs. It's a dangerous condition. High blood pressure is also cause of leg swelling but it rarely causes any pain.
