Swelling in testicles
There is a swelling in my left testicle. I noticed it 2-3 years back but it was feeling like swollen nerve but now it has grown bigger .

The swelling in the left testicle if it is for more than three years and painless, then most probably it may be hydrocele ( fluid collection around the testicle) or varicocele( enlarged veins in the scrotum) .You should get it examined by a general surgeon or an urologist to establish the diagnosis.
