Swelling in legs
My legs swell up when I do not workout for few days. Both the legs ache and if I workout again the swelling is gone. What might be the reason for the same.

hi, swelling is due to accumulation of exes water and toxins. it may be due to stiffnes of vessles. work out with proper diet also.
