Swelling in left ankel

Asked for Male, 18 Years

My left ankel (inside one) got hit by an 11kg bowling ball last Saturday evening its still swelled up i have applyed ice for 30 min for about 2-3 times a day and if i have to go out i apply volini and crap bandage , when it will be healed? Its a small amount of swelling

Hello, please continue applying ice and crepe bandage for another week . Do tie the bandage when you are at home too not only when you go out .keep your leg raised on pillow to reduce swelling. Do wear good supported sports shoes for a week when you go out .
