Swelling in Gums
I having swelling in gums for last 3-4 days, pain is not too much but blood a little blood can also been seen when I wake up in the morning. I tried salt warm water and also TAN x paint and long(home remidy) , but no relief. Requesting to please help and tell the medicine .I am attaching photos aswell. Thanks in advance

Go for xray,it’s pus accumulated in the gums?? Delay in treatment will result in execessive pain .

Hi. Looks like a gum abscess(collection of pus in the gums) It could be that food gets stuck repeatedly in that area, which led to this. Or the tooth nearby is the offender An xray would help a lot.
Next Steps
You need to get the pus drained out and start with antibiotics after that. Without the pus out, antibiotics will not help
