Hello
This is preorbital cellulitis
There is risk of orbital cellulitis also.
Try
A. Warm compresses
B. Use systemic antibiotic like ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for 5 days
Consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
