I have hard lump/ swelling on hip after injection for 15 days how many days it will take to completely disappear

I do understand your query.
Usually it should take 3 to 5 days .
Since the swelling is persistent ,I suggest you to get a Usg soft tissue scan done to rule out an abscess .
