Hi My wife is feeling swelling on one of her armpit or breast joint without pain but other side is normal what it could be

swelling in breast and axilla need to be thoroughly investigated. painless lesion cud be both simple  or serious
Next Steps
get a USG breast done to knw the nature of lesion by a radiologist next get fnac done
