Hi doc. , i have problem in index finger at PIP joint i think its rupture in collateral ligament because swelling at PIP joint and below that and also i try to check move my finger lateral but its paining so doc. as per you what problem is that regard this. thanks

Please get your RA FACTOR tested. It can be due to Rheumatoid arthritis.
