Swelling at extraction site after 1Month

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Almost a month after my wisdom tooth extraction ..(lower left )..I was having my food and something clicked in my jaw...there was a noise..and after that there was sudden pain and my left side was so painful.i couldn't open my mouth. My dentist did OPG CBCT...and everything was fine.h e suspects no infection and only muscle spasms.but no reliev
