She working in bend position,Suddenly muscles is strech then pain and swelling in ribes. She take pain killer but not relex from pain last 4 Days.

Might be intercostal muscles pain . Give her some painkillers and apply some volini gel. Ice packs rest help. Do not bend forward. Deep breathing exercises. If not better speak to a doctor

You can take otc pain medication, rest,  hot packs.  If pain doesn't improve or any breathing difficulty ,  please consult nearby orthopedic doctor
