Swelling and pain in palm of hand
My hand got tilted while doing exercise. I got it checked and xray confirm no issues but whenever I lift something or do wrist based workout like pushups or mountain climbers, swelling comes again and sometimes it pain. What should I do

Soft tissue injuries like ligament injuries are not visible on X-ray. You might have an undiagnosed soft tissue injury.
