Swelling and pain in lower jaws (right)
Since last two days I m suffering from tooth ache and swelling in that part with lot of pain...the problem is my right side lower jaws....I m feeling too much pain...plz suggest me some pain killer...I can't even open my mouth properly this time...

For now take the medication prescribed. Rx Tab Augmentin 625mg BD Tab Metrogyl 400mg TDS Tab Diclomol BD Tab Pan 40 OD Tab Ketorol DT. SOS (in case of very severe pain) Take all for 5 days
Next Steps
Visit your dentist as clinical and radiographical examination will give exact treatment plan It may be either removal of the affected tooth or RCT (root canal treatment)

Take tab.duoflam ...thrice a day ...(SOS)after food. But painkiller alone will not help...u will need antibiotics also ...n for dat u need to send photos .. Photos will give us clear idea of your problem ...before dat we can't prescribe you anything .

warm water n salt gargles will help. do not give hot compression on dat area..or do not cover that area.
