Swelling and pain in left testis
Hi , I have a lot of pain in my genitals from yesterday especially in left testis and swelling is also observed in left testis.Today pain is slightly less but pain and swelling in left testis is also there.So can u pls advice me is it a normal behavior or Abnormal.I eated some fried rice on the roadside which was highly polluted due to which lower stomach starts paining and then ultimately pain transferred to testis and got swelling and paining.
Please suggest me if it was the side effects of eating polluted food or some other infection as I am taking medicine for body pain as well.My age is 28 years now and it was the first time, I am suffering through all this in my life.Please suggest do I need to visit any specialist or it will be fine with time of 2,3 days.

Epididymorchitis with funiculitis
Testicular torsion
Varicocele
Kindly do the following investigation
CBC
Creatinine
Urine routine and urgent USG scrotum with Doppler
