Hello .. I can understand.. sometimes it's due to inflammation or sometimes it's may be a testis injury while having a sexual intercourse or some cases hernia and other underlying reason should be ruled out .. You can start antibiotics along with pain killer if not able to recover then go and done ultrasound scrotum if any pathology is there ...
