My 4 year kid fall from sofa and swelled her eyes and little swelling above eyes in corner of forehead
She is not feeling any pain but while chewing food she is having pain

It’s common to get forehead swellings after fall-The scalp has many blood vessels, so even a minor injury can cause a large swelling.
Apply a cold pack wrapped in cloth on the swelling for 15–20 minutes every 2–3 hours during the first 24 hours. Paracetamol may be given for pain according to weight of the child
Watch for danger signs, if present visit nearest doctor immediately

If there's no redness in eye, no visual disturbance, no vomiting, no drowsiness, and the child is otherwise playful, then it’s likely minor trauma.

Thrombophob Gel - Apply very gently over the swollen area twice daily.
Avoid applying too close to the eye.
or T-Bact ointment if there's any skin abrasion, use this twice daily to prevent secondary infection.
If pain while chewing is bothersome you can give Paracetamol syrup.

You can use Voveran emulgel twice daily locally for pain relief above the eye/ over the jaw
But for a pain in chewing a Syp Brufen for 3 days will be a better idea. If taking Brufen you can add on Lanzol Junior as a gastric protection
