Puffy eyes can be due to a variety of reasons. We need more information regarding the same.
Is there fever? Discharge from eyes.? Are the eyes red? One eye/both eyes? Any variation in morning/night?... Cold?
At times a puffy eye can be due to an eye infection or allergy, but it can also be due to other systemic problems. If it persists, it is best to show your pediatrician.
