Swelleg in testicles
Whenever I masturbate post to that there is a swelling in testciles for 3 to 5 hrs or even more and feel like weakness in there Kindly advise medicine or how to overcome this

Mild swelling of the testicles is part of the sexual arousal. If it persists for long or pains then try tab.paracetamol 650 mg twice daily. If the symptom present for long time semen culture is advised.
