  4. Swelled eye lid. With some solutions.

Swelled eye lid
One of my eye lid got swelled and its paining... I have no itching no redness no watery eyes...just swelling in eye lid and feeling heavyness and pain around eye. Please help with some solutions. Thanks in advance

A picture would have helped. It can be anti neurotic oedema, which is generally self limiting. You may take an anti histamine molecule orally in consultation with your doctor

May be infection.pl send the pics.you may need antibiotic eye drops, and also oral antibiotics.pl consult ophthalmologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
