Swedish massage cause back soreness
Hello Doc, Yesterday I did Swedish back massage through urban company and since then facing whole back soreness and stiffness mainly on mid back. Is it something serious or it will go away ? I am afraid that is had not caused any spinal damage or something like that. Kindly help as I need to travel in 2 days.

What is swedish back massage? This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no  pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water/ Gel pac . It can be allergic too . If there is skin changes then visit dermatologist or if it is back pain or stiffness then visit orthopedic surgeon
