Sweating and feeling hot

Asked for Male, 31 Years

My wife is on 33 weeks pregnant. She has been suffering for very sweat especially in sleeping time(day and night) for last 7 days.also she has very itchy skin .I am worried about sweating..is this normal this time? Please suggest..
