Suspicion of Hydrosalpinx
I am TTC since last oct. age 29yrs,without scan I was given 3 cycles letrozole, egg size was 22mm and I ovulated also but couldn't conceive. In my 3rd USG some fluid shown in pelvis. Went for MRI & it is suggesting right hydrosalpinx with 40*17mm,mildy dilated tubular structure noted along posterior aspect of uterus extending into rt. Adnexa & right oophoritis. My Mantoux &TB Gold test is negative but still my doc advised me to start ATT for 6months and then laparoscopy. Another doc gave me 14 days antibiotics doxycycline & metrozyl with Placentrix injections. Kindly suggest what to do.

It is not a straight forward case. You should consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination and further management. It may be a prolonged treatment. You didn't mention if you got the tubal patency test done or not.
