Suspecting hypothyroidism
My blood test report says the level of tsh is 7.13 while t4 is 9.5 and t3 is 133 .I am 32 years old without child.Nowadays i m feeling extreme tiredness and dry skin problem and body ache ect.

You could be sub clinical hypothyroid, get anti-tpo test done, if positive should on thyroxine replacement therapy, because you have not conceived should aim for tsh values less than 2.0.
