Suspected Viral Fever

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Hello I have High grade fever associated with chills. I had around 6-7 episodes of vomiting. Whatever I eat I vomit it out. Even the paracetamol tablet I took. I have body ache and headache. Please suggest me what to eat and drink.
