Surgery issue
3 months old female baby have a hole in her mouth on above side drs say that surgery will be operated with min weight 5kg but problm is that how to gain weight becoz after every 10 days the vomiting or loose motion start. I think the problm is in milk ie isomil beciz from birth she takes it.it freeze in stomach which is out through vomiting

Vomiting and loose motion are due to bad hygiene,make sure of cleanliness during feeds.
