  4. Supraspinatous Tendonitis. Worried!

Supraspinatous Tendonitis
I had pain in my right shoulder. I did my MRI. As per the report I have mild supraspinatous tendonitis with subscapularis tendinosis. Doctor adviced me to take Tendocare Forte for 3 weeks. After taking for 3 weeks, still I cannot find much of improvement in the shoulder even after 3 weeks. I am quite worried

You might have impingement. Subacromial decompression (arthroscopic) may solve your problem.
