Supraspanitus Tear
Durinh playing cricket last year i had tear and when did the full MRI. Report suggest that i had a full thickness partial tear and from then i can able to do all my daily routine without any problem. But i cannot play cricket or bowl with the same arm. I dont have any problem in my daily routine or life but when i tried to play cricket i can feel the pain and not able to generate force

You will have to re-start  training of your  shoulder muscles. Build up your stamina gradually.

Shoulder rehab will help you to improve strength. Return to sports will take time based on rehab protocol

For sports, you need to go for correction of tear by medicine and exercise if possible,.. If not possible, then surgery
