Ok. You can start with uprise D3 60K supplements ones a week for 2 months. And also get Vitamin B12 tested. Your thyroid reports are not very convincing either. So, you can start walking for 45 minutes everyday and do yoga asanas that involve your thyroid gland. Increase water intake and eat atleast 2 cups of fruits and 3 cups of vegetables everyday for natural vitamins and minerals which will make you feel energetic. Don't eat any packed and processed foods, even the healthier biscuits in that case.
