Nope...Nothing much to worry.....you can skip mecobalamin, since you have cynocobalamine (B12) in your multivitamin tab too.
Do get yourself tested for Vit D too as your age is 47yrs..it may be insufficient.
Lipid profile is also a must...tc

Ideally you should have 1 multivitamin unless stated otherwise by your treating doctor or indicated by your condition, 2 of those tablets contain the same, so kindly discuss with the doctor that directed you to take the supplements.
