Hello, I have been trainning in the gym for last two yeras . I want to gain lean muscle naturally.I have been taking care of my diet now.I have eliminated sugar from my diet.I only eat sugar through banana. My question is should it be a right time to take Whey protein and BCAA for getting results?

When u talking supplements its not natural.if u are talking about natural than don't take supplements or any medication. U can make lean muscle through natural diet also. Write me on personal chat
