Superficial wound near anal region
Hi, I was diagnosed with Anal Fissure and Fistula (at 6'0 clock position near natal cleft region) 2 years back and had a surgery for the same. Although the surgery went well, the surgical wound is still there. I have talked to few doctors and have done with the MRI and all are saying that the wound is superficial. However, it is not healing and sometimes when I apply pressure (knowingly or unknowingly), it starts to bleed. What should I do and how can that wound be closed? Please help.
