If a person get visible dark tan in just 2- 3 hrs after remaining in sun and after that he protect itself from sun for a year with clothes and reapply sunscrean daily but the suntan doesn't fade . than what is the cause of its not get the skin original complexion back ?

I don’t think you were following strict sunscreen application techniques. I will explain below. Sunscreen should be applied every three hourly. Not matter what the SPF the sunscreen claims, they all melt away from the skin within 3 hours of use that’s why one time application will not do for sun protection.
