Sun tanning removal.

Asked for Male, 20 Years

My face, hands as well as neck has tanned very badly and i want to remove that tan. Please suggest me a very effective and safe cream to remove tan and also how use it. Please give me the name of the cream as i am poor and cannot afford going to the doctor and then spending money to buy the cream. Please help. I look ugly.
