Suggestion over MRI
I ve mild swelling below and around RT eye, rt temporal area for 4 days ... Covid positive 22 days ago... H/O medrol 16 bd on Dr advice from 5 th day of covid illness...no comorbidity...i have fear of black FUNGUS...so done mri...taking montelukast levocet for 3 days...but swelling not decrease...this is mri report...and suggest if it's due to mucor or anything else... thanks

MRI findings not suggestive of mucormycosis. Be watchful of any new symptoms. Visit an ENT or connect online.

On the basis of MRI reports your case is of pansinusitis. There is no evidence of mucor in MRI.But nasal endoscopy and biopsy will be needed for confirmation. Don't go for it right now.
