Suggestion about hormone replacement thr
I am 26 now but my bone structure looks like a 16 year kid. For this concern I met a local doctor. He told me to consult an endocrinologist for hormone replacement therapy for HGH improvement, but there is no endocrinologist in my and nearby cities.
Can anyone suggest me what is this procedure, how much it can cost, any other alternative method and if there are any side effects.
I have consulted a local homeopathic practitioner, he told me it is not possible to do it. An ayurveda practitioner told me that It will take about 3 years to have sufficient results.
Please also suggest which is best method. I have been taking ashwagandha from last 16 months but I cannot see improvement in bones, but I have got good muscles with it.
