1. Give lots of vegetables and fruits
2. Avoid cow’s milk
3. Avoid breads, pasta, buns and biscuits
4. Make your son go to the loo every day at a particular time even if he doesn’t feel like it ( potty training)
Consult your Pediatrician if the above measures do not work

Hello ..constipation is common in kids.. give more of fluids atleatst 1ltr daily and fruits and vegetable atleast half the plate every meal..encorage to pass stool regulatly afterevery meal
