Sugar levels high after eating
I have fasting sugar between 100-110 and pp sugar between 150-165 . Do i need to take medication . I feel fatigued and sleepy mist of the time . Have pain in legs . I am obese and have sedentary lifestyle . Should i try with changing lifestyle for 3 months before starting the medicene

It is still impaired glucose tolerance. Do brisk walk daily 30 minutes per day Avoid oily foods , junk foods and nonveg food if you use it. Start diet plan. For detailed information please consult.
