Sugar levels are 151 before meals
My mother's sugar levels are 151 before food and 181 after meals... is she a diabetic . What precautions should she acquire to stay away from troubles caused by diabetes.

Get her HbA1C and fasting blood sugar done from lab. She should consumption of sugar in any form. Consult a diabetologist online with reports if needed.
