Sugar level not control
My grandpa sugar level specially bed time is around 275 .
Fasting is almost ok.
Insulin - mixtard 30/70
22 morning 18 evening.

Mixtard is a mixture of short and long acting insulin. 2 doses of the same means 4 peaks of insulin. There would 2 of 3 peaks of glucose based on number of meals that he has. Basically to fine tune the doses we need to have a blood sugar chart with multiple pre meal and post meal sugars
