My fasting sugar is 158 and PP is 191.I am taking glyciphage 500 mg after breakfast and dinner. Please suggest medication as per current glucose level.

Important step is to Loose weight,
in this pandemic state : i prefer you to repeat Fasting sugars, on different day with more strict diet and life style practices
if still Fasting sugars and post prandial sugars and random evening sugars more than a goals..
kindly go for tests
Targets for blood sugars : fasting state : 70 to 120, 2 hours after food less than 200, evening GRBS less than 180, HbA1c ~ 7%
Next Steps
If more than targets even after a proper life style and diabetic diet
suggest : HbA1c with other diabetic profile ( Hemogram, Lipids, KFT, Urine routine,...)

1. Regular walking or exercise for 30 to 45 minutes minimum daily
2. Diabetic low fat high fiber diet [ ( means 1 /3 rd part of carbs, 1/3 rd part of protein , 2/3 rd part of Fibers (vegetables)]
