Sugar level in pregnancy
I have gestational diabetes ogct after 2 hr was 170 my doctor told me to be on diet I am on diet from last 1 month and testing sugar level 2 times a day most of the time it's below 130 1 hr pp and fasting is below 90 but last 2 days having cold and sugar level is also increasing 1 hr pp is 148,142 and fasting sugar is 91,100 like this is it going to harm my baby . In growth scan baby weight and fluid level is fine.Should I consult my doctor?

Fasting sugar should be less than 95
2 hours post lunch should be less than 140
All you need is a diabetic diet and exercise schedule
If you are sugar levels are maintained with diet n exercise you don't need any medication
