Sugar fluctuations
I try to refrain from touching sugar dishes. But once a while my sugar keeps fluctuating. Post dinner it's 222 & fasting has been above 100 since 20 days now. What to do?

It is not just sugar containing foods that can cause diabetes. Being overweight and lack of exercise also has an increased risk for the same. Get a blood test called hba1c and visit a diabetologist for proper guidance regarding lifestyle modifications and medicines.
