Suffocation,chest tightness, breathlessn
I suffer allergies rhinitis last 3 month continue but still not cured. But I feel muscle pain , headache, suffocate feel all the time and also feel breathlessness but when check my saturation it comes normal also done chest x-ray and ECG that comes normal last 2 week ago I have done CBC test that comes Hb 14.0, TLC 7.960, DC.N 59, L-32 E-09. I take Alerfix total tablet last 30 days & nasal spray for congestion but still not cured

Generally such long lasting rhinitis can invade sinuses and cause sinusitis. For that  i ll advise you to take steam inhalation atleast 2-3 times a days. Take a combination of pheneramine+levocetrizone +pcm twice daily for 3 to 5 days. Alon with that take a ppi, like a tab esmoprazole 40 mg before breakfast. Give me a feedback online.
